- Collaboratively investigates all grievance-related claims
- Liases with Employee Labor Relations and Office of the President Academic Personnel and Programs Labor Relations unit
- Develops programs and guidelines for the administration and implementation of new Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs)
- Manages represented academic Childcare Reimbursement and related programs for eligible Collective Bargaining Units (CBUs)
