  • Liases with Employee Labor Relations and Office of the President Academic Personnel and Programs Labor Relations unit
  • Develops programs and guidelines for the administration and implementation of new Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs)
  • Manages represented academic Childcare Reimbursement and related programs for eligible Collective Bargaining Units (CBUs)
  • Coordinates campus-wide orientations for CBUs

  • Work closely with the Office of the President on Academic Range Adjustments for all Academic Employees
  • Oversight and management of all Academic Personnel Systems (ACRS, Faculty Success, GLAAS and UC OATS)
