  • First point of contact for all union inquiries and academic grievances
  • Collaboratively investigates all grievance-related claims
  • Liases with Employee Labor Relations and Office of the President Academic Personnel and Programs Labor Relations unit
  • Develops programs and guidelines for the administration and implementation of new Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs)
  • Manages represented academic Childcare Reimbursement and related programs for eligible Collective Bargaining Units (CBUs)
  • Manages represented academic Child Dependent Health Premium Benefits Program and related programs for eligible Collective Bargaining Units (CBUs)
  • Manages Unit 18 Faculty Professional Development
  • Coordinates Represented Layoff and Reduction in Time (RIT) Processing in consultation with departments/units and Labor Relations.
