- First point of contact for all union inquiries and academic grievances
- Collaboratively investigates all grievance-related claims
- Liases with Employee Labor Relations and Office of the President Academic Personnel and Programs Labor Relations unit
- Develops programs and guidelines for the administration and implementation of new Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs)
- Manages represented academic Childcare Reimbursement and related programs for eligible Collective Bargaining Units (CBUs)
- Coordinates campus-wide orientations for CBUs

- Oversee appointments and reviews for Unit 18 Lecturers and Academic Student Employees/Graduate Student Researchers
