Mission Statement

The mission of the Academic Personnel Office is to facilitate the recruitment, appointment, advancement and retention of the most qualified and diverse faculty and other academic instructors and research personnel. By providing leadership, training and direction on policy issues associated with the employment and advancement of academic employees, the Office serves as a campus resource and ensures that appropriate safeguards and adherence to University, state and federal regulations are maintained.
