Undergraduate Compensation

Employed undergraduate students are paid biweekly.

  • Timesheets are due by 3 p.m. on the Monday following the end of a pay cycle (every other Saturday)

  • Timesheets are generally submitted via the Time Reporting System, but may be submitted in paper form.

  • Paper timesheets must have the supervisor's signature and be faxed to the Academic Personnel and Payroll Office (APPO) at 209-228-4092 no later than 3 p.m. on the Tuesday following the end of a pay cycle.

  • A student may be employed at two on-campus positions if the student is currently working less than 18 hours a week and/or the student possesses a highly specialized skill or knowledge that is needed by the second employing unit. Should the following petition be approved, under no circumstances may a student work more than 18 hours during the semester or 40 hours during school breaks (winter, spring, summer) per week between the two on-campus positi
